This property has to be at least sixty years old, and has seen little upkeep. It is dirty, and in my opinion unsafe. I do not know how it could possibly pass building code inspection as there bare electrical wires visible near the former hot tub, the balcony railings were held together by slip shod temporary 2 x 4's, electrical plugs were overloaded with extra things plugged into them, the freezer section of the fridge had no door, the windows had no screens and were in terrible condition, the walls were patched up with unfinished plywood, there was no shower mat or safety railings, very poor lighting--the list is endless. It needs to be demolished!

Absolutely my worst vacation experience. I made reservations for 9 nights looking Expedia rating and pictures of rooms.Motel have three days cancellation rule.When we came to check in they changed my credit card and gave us keys for a room.When we went to the room it was disaster and nothing like on pictures.We returned to front desk and told them that we can’t take that room and we want to cancel our reservation.They told us that is to late because we can cancel reservation only three days before you even see the room.They offered another room that was little bit better but still far from what was advertised on Expedia.We called Expedia to help us with cancellation and after more than hour talking with them Expedia told us they can’t do anything ad “they are sorry for our inconvenience “.We were forced or to stay in that room or to loose all amount for 9 days.After four days manager of Motel decided to allow us to leave and return money for five days.Now after six days still waiting for refund.Absolutely not recommending this place to anybody and very disappointed with Expedia because after reading reviews I can see that I am not first one with this issue and probably not last but Expedia continues business with them. I hope this will help some people not to have same experience like me.

The price was good compared to surrounding properties and basics were provided but property looked rundown and in need of updates. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked but downsides were windows facing highway had to be kept closed and covered due to noise and privacy. Windows facing valley were very small and wouldn’t stay open. No hair dryer, Kleenex tissue, or dish cloths were provided. “Deluxe” family suite had two rooms and kitchenette but everything was very small and cramped.

Price seemed a little high considering the age of everything in the room. Bed was a little lumpy/squeaky as well. Didn’t sleep the best because of this. My spouse is gluten and dairy free the breakfast provided had gluten free but not dairy free which made things harder for us. As well as only three breakfast options to choose from. We probably won’t stay here again if we come through.

Back stairs to room unsafe, fire hazard. Balcony unsafe to use, termites, structural hazards. Room floor was filthy, lifted, and had clumps of hair and hat on floor. Homeless encampment under balcony. Bugs on floor in bathroom and hair in tub, floor was dirty. Fire hazard. Was a campfire under the balcony. No lock on window. Kept children on lockdown in room. Stairs UNSAFE they had no barrier to keep people from accessing. Nothing stable on first set of stairs and rail. Health & safety hazards.

I can't complain too much at the price point considering it's in Radium. But there were ants in the room, the cook top was very weak, the two rooms were not private and the light in the bathroom flickered. Average at best. The parking lot is very tight, I wouldn't recommend if you have a truck or full sized SUV

There are so many safety concerns with this that it should’ve been condemned 20 years ago. There is also a homeless encampment right behind it garbage everywhere. The rooms are falling apart. A lot of the room smell of wet mold. They are so dirty that my son told me not to even look under the bed. There’s spiderwebs in the room. Our door doesn’t securely lock. The exterior balconies are falling apart in are held up by rotted old wood and a chimney pipe and some hinges that hold a step on this should not be available on an Expedia website and it sure the heck shouldn’t charge over $200 a night. It’s a $20 a night motel at best!!! Literally scared to sleep tonight!!!

It looks clean when you walk in but as soon as you look closer it was full of spiders, ants, and other bugs. We were to stay three nights but lasted one night. They were very good about giving our money back.

The view was good. One of the vietnamese staff were really good. However, the photo and the room didn’t match. We stayed @ 1B. We found tin-shed construction in the room which were not there in the photo. We asked for a room waste bin but never found one. We were only given one in the washroom. Otherwise, it was ok for the money you pay. They give you a breakfast coupon which is nice.

Erg goed verblijf in Radium Hot Springs. Gelegen in een fijn en rustig dorp waar elanden en herten door de straat lopen als je geluk hebt 😀. We hadden een fijn soort appartement met meerdere kamers en zes slaapplaatsen. We konden zelfs koken en er was een grote koelkast. Enige nadeel was dat het appartement toen we arriveerden wat vreemd rook maar wellicht was het even ongebruikt.
