Welcome to Radium Villas! Tranquil and unique, beautifully renovated top floor unit featuring two airy bedrooms and an open concept living space with a sky window. Oversized bathroom with a soaker tub and updated features. The living room is perfect for entertaining and features large windows to allow you to enjoy the forested views and opens onto the dining area. The kitchen is spacious and has ample storage and too many supplies. You can take in the golf course and mountain views from each of the two bedrooms. Large private patio amongst the trees with incredible sunset views includes a new BBQ and patio seating. Brand new bedding and towels... In suite washer and dryer…we have a play pen for your little ones and feeding bowls for furry friends. Well equipped for children, with a cot, baby blender, toys, and books.
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that is only a short drive to Radium Hot Pools, Lake Windermere, Panorama Ski Resort and countless golf courses and trails throughout the valley this is it!
A romantic getaway, a ski trip, or family vacation we are committed to giving our guests an excellent experience. We believe that the features, location, and amenities offered at our place truly make it one of a kind!

Quite Get-Away

The condo was great. The BBQ is tiny and there was no propane for it, I had to purchase a small canister. The patio furniture did not match what the pictures displayed. Overall, the condo was well stocked, great location. I would stay again.

The host was non responsive and not helpful. We weren’t given the unit number and had to call VRBO- who had to guess the unit number for us. There was no toilet paper left for us, I sent a picture of the empty package of toilet paper to the host with no response again. It was 35 degrees and we turned the AC on and a couple fans. The power shut off and we could not find the breaker. Tried contacted the host on 3 different numbers but no response. Was on the phone with VRBO for 3 hours in the heat trying to solve the issue. They were unhelpful and also couldn’t contact the host. 4 hours with no power. We had to speak to neighbours to ask where the breaker panel is. Still no response from the host until late that evening AFTER things were solved and no apology. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from the host. We asked for a refund for the first night from VRBO but they were unhelpful, I was tired of getting hung up on. I asked the host directly for a refund and they are not responding. Do not recommend this cabin for these reasons.

Started off bad but good weekend in the end

Check in was a disaster. Went to go in and key pad code worked but the door handle was locked and we had no key. Tried numberous time to call but just got answering machine. Contacted VRBO and they said they would find us a hotel for the night. Hotel ended up being a hostel which we felt was inappropriate for the 2 small children that were with us. Eventually we were able to gain access after 4 hours. Owner finally contacted us 6 hours later and said key pad was not working and then told us there was a key in a lock box and gave us key code. After all done the weekend ended up being good. Condo was very nice and would not hesitate to stay there again but would make sure had all access before going.

Good property

The property and location are excellent.But very terrible communication to the host.Takes forever to get an answer.Second nite we stayed we lost our electric power in the kitchen and we tried to contact the host to ask the circuit breaker and we have no luck to get hold.We tried calling the two contact numbers but no answer.The host replied 6 later

The place was not cleaned between renters, i have had no support from customer service and have not received any type of reimbursement for the cleaning fee from.the host as advised.

Not impressed

The listing did not have the room number for the condo and the host didn’t answer her phone when we arrived so we were forced to keep guessing which place was ours until we got it right. The previous person wrote a review stating the wifi and the TV did not work and it appeared the host never bothered to fix it. I Messaged her and wouldn’t hear back until the next day to never have the problem fixed the entire time. Not having wifi is ok but there is also extremely limited phone service to try and look up local food or places to go. We brought food back to place to cook on the grill just to find what appeared to be a 3 month old sirloin sitting inside the grill. I would look to stay elsewhere

Clean and cozy but not as advertised.

We found the place clean and cozy but a couple things could have made our stay a lot nicer. It was not easy to find and when we tried to reach out we didn’t get a response until 1 am because she was in a different time zone. The Wifi didn’t work and we only had 3 channels.

Nice and Cozy place

The property was good nice clean and cozy. Nice location in the golf course for snow shoeing and close to town. Communication with the owner wasn't very good while our stay. Unfortunately we were not able to connect to the internet and the reception on our devices was poor. Owner was not responsive or supportive to try to get this solved. This was challenging as we could not use the internet or smart TV which was needed with kids when it was -20 outside.
