「A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, in a great location. Our room was very spacious, had a mini fridge, nespresso machine, and bottled water. Coffee and water was restocked daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Location is wonderful. Old town is walkable, full of shops and excellent restaurants and cafes. We will stay here again.」

「Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus. Huone oli siisti ja viileä. Kommunikointi henkilökunnan kanssa sujui mukavasti ja aamupala oli toimiva.Ilmainen parkki on myös iso plussa.」

「Piti käydä hoitamassa yrityksen asioita ja samalla halusin rentoutua. Sviitissä oli oma sauna, niin pääsi saunomaan samalla. Huonepalvelukin tuli testattua ja tilattua ruokaa suoraan huoneeseen. Oli oikein mukava yöpyminen kaikkiaan. Alhaalla baarissa oli viihtyisä istua ja rentoutua ja syödä samalla pientä suolaista..」

「We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I...

「令人难忘的一次入住。这家酒店的位置非常好，位于老城的市政广场旁边。酒店很干净。特别是服务非常好。很热心。我们住了三天，非常愉快。因为该酒店是一座老建筑改造的，没有电梯。前台的一个小伙非常热心帮我们把行李搬上搬下累得满头大汗。我们非常感激他。强烈推荐该酒店。」

「Great location, friendly staff!」

「Great place to stay. Booked last minute for one night only, but ended up staying another just because of staff, guests and condition of the property another plus price is so acceptable to your wallet. Definately recomend this property to my friends and family. Next time i am in Tallinn will stay here 」

「The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations. The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror. 」
