This characteristic, country property has been expertly restored and converted into an exclusive private villa and art studio, while maintaining its old structure, charm and character. Framed by traditional stone walls, the property offers a lovely pool, large and sunny terraces and a typical, internal courtyard. The interior features a refined design and the use of materials such as natural stone, steel and wood, in perfect harmony with the style of the building. On the ground floor are a living/dining room, kitchen, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor that includes the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two further bedrooms, one of which is in the loft, and a bathroom. An annexe on the ground floor houses the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a space dedicated to creativity and art. The villa also has internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher.
