"House was nice, good location. Furniture was dated. But was in good shape. Front door key pad was hard to open on the first try. Had to try up to 3 times for it to work. All in all it was a good rental property"

"The home was exactly as listed, plus more. A great river home with many rooms and 3 full bathrooms. My husband and I came to celebrate his 50th birthday and we had family come over to celebrate. Everyone kept talking about how lovely the home and location is. It comes stocked with everything you need, which is a stress reliever. Communication with the owner was great and his flexibility was highly appreciated. Hot tub worked well and felt so relaxing on a cold night."

"This place has it all! In both the grounds and house, there is a generosity of space, and yet it feels cozy and approachable. The landscaping—including two ponds—makes the area seem private, and yet we got tired exploring! The home has a capacity to hold a crowd, but we gathered comfortably in the living and dining areas. This gem in the PA countryside is one that I hope to return to again and again. Plus the homeowner made check in and arrangements easy."

"The guest house is excellent -- very cozy and inviting inside. It is on a farm with the requisite farm "look." Do not expect manicured landscaping, but rather enjoy a stroll around the grounds and take in the sights on a working farm."

"The house is very aesthetically pleasing but in the course of our 3 night stay it was almost like the house is staged to look great but misses basic functionality, especially in the first floor bathroom which needs a cabinet for extra towels, a hair dryer and single use toiletries like soap; a shelf/hanging thing to put shower stuff; hooks on a wall. Storage outside of the kitchen is also an issue, there are no places to hang anything, the closets had no rods; dressers of some sort would also be...
