"The property was as described, located conveniently in downtown Perth. Shops, restaurants, and surrounding area was easily accessible by foot, and everything else was no more than a 5-min drive. Communication with our host was fast and efficient. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. "Online information false/misleading and the property is completely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). To use the bathroom at night, you will need a flashlight (and an umbrella anytime it's raining). - although it advertises having a kitchen, there is no running water (cabin is not plumbed). There is a jug of water and a sink that drains into a bucket. - second floor loft bedroom has a ceiling only about 4 feet high. Average person cannot stand up to dress in that space. Extremely awkward moving around (hands and knees) - ladder from main floor to bedroom is an attic-style, pull down staircase. One can navigate reasonably well going up but descending its very steep slope is treacherous; it's an accident waiting to happen (nowhere near what the building code requires for staircases) - view from the cabin is the main house, a laundry line and parked vehicles Rustic in the extreme, but much better than a tent. For the price, would have expected much, much more. Probably OK for youthful, adventurous types. Hosts friendly. I get what they are doing but project poorly executed. "
