A parking space is available directly in front of the house on the right side. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. The apartment is strictly non-smoking – smoking of any kind is not permitted, even on the balcony. Parties and events are not allowed.



There is a storage room for bicycles. Arrival by train or bicycle is recommended. The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving features. A self-check-in system is available.
