「Amazing location. 」

「Bad」

「Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

「Room and linen was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. For reasons unknown vehicles have to be parked outside the premises at Owner's Risk. For a premium hotel that is not really encouraging. And I was the only guest with a car. Earlier it was allowed to park inside. This is my first hotel which has check out by 10 am. Rather unusual.」

「Excellent.」

「Nice place, good service ,good food」

「The stay was Ok. The scenic beauty around the property is good. The staying experience was below my expectation. The staff are friendly but service orientation is lacking. Probably not trained at all in that area. Food Ok.」

「Yes, it's was nice, however little small and less deep, 4 feet or 3.5 feet only」

「Place is good..only a big disappointment is the food..Limited quantity and variety.」

「These are studio apartment rented out. It's a shame hotel.Com is listing such property.it should be black listed and I should get a refund. No ac working in common areas / need room.. Room changes, refrigerator not working in new room. From 1030 pm till midnight no water in bathroom. No one other than security at reception to address the situation. Food quality very poor, I don't think this property is worth more than 1500/night. Plastic spoon and bowls in dining area. Thrash around...

「It seems photos on site are far wider as compared to veri small room's and not having even basic stuff like cattle and freeze. Very bad experience even in breakfast also.」
