“Excellent hotel for the its price range; there were some issues with water in one of the rooms, which were sorted out promptly.”

“Terrible. Avoid. I booked here because I needed a last-minute room and the normal hotels nearby were full. After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. When I asked why I was being asked to pay double the amount agreed and already paid, I was called ‘intolerable’ by the hotel manager - for simply asking why I was receiving……

“No cleanliness ,no free cancellation no AC ,no drinking water ,staff with negative talks don’t want to stay in this old property but the charges I paid online was not refundable. Chat with agent was also not helpful .I tried to cancel my booking and go some other hotel . But the response was so poor so I moved some other property with out refund. Very bad experience.”

“The staff was good ,friendly and welcoming. The room was clean except for bathroom fittings which were old.The floor needed a mopping.Overall a good stay.”
