“I felt unsafe in my own room. I could hear noises from other rooms all night. I heard people knocking at my door at hours. Area is run down and hard to get to. Not central at all. ”

“Nice stay. But we were asked to stay in a different property for the day1 due to over booking. Property was clean and staff was very good.”

“This hotel was great! We didn’t have a converter for our plug, and they sent hotel staff out to buy us one. Would stay here again!”

“Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area.”

“The rooms and coordoors smelled of smoking and it shows as no smoking hotel. There was no hot water, tv and room phone did not work. In the morning at 5 am they told me they did not charge for the room, I give a credit card to charge to and there matchiine did not work they asked me to pay cash.. I dis not had that much rupees and I end up pay in Canadian dollars ”

“The rooms size is good and the price is good. OfCourse Iron and iron Board also present. But no Maintenace. The bed clothes were old and smelly. floor was not cleaned. Housekeeping people are not doing proper work. Just for formalities they are doing work. Many broken, rusted and damaged in the rest room. ”
