"The apartment is very centrally located, 5 minutes to the Old Town, in a secure building. My only complaint is the fact that there's only 1 AC unit in the living room so it's stays pretty warm and also one of the most uncomfortable beds ever. Otherwise I recommend this place"

"Awesome place a block from historic Ljubljana. Comfortable mini apartments with a gated parking lot. We had the basement apartment 3 - maybe the smallest and we thought great place. Can only imagine the other ones. No on-site staff, but don’t let that stop you. Super responsive with messaging. And everything set up with coded key pads. And sent us list of recommended restaurants. Don’t miss the bars and restaurants near John the Baptist church close to Vila Emona."

"The apartment is very clean ,well equipped , comfortable bed and spacious enough for two persons. I had some problem with the middle door to get into the apartment , but the owner assisted me and find a solution to get in the apartment, he has been very available. The wi-fi connection is reliable but isn't working in all the apartment. "

"We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. "I would 100% recommend Eva’s place. She was a fantastic host and the space is beautiful. It’s about a 25 minute walk in to the centre of Ljubljana, which is a fantastic city to visit. Our only challenge was the fact that there is just one A/C unit in the apartment - and it is ineffective. We slept with bedroom doors open and no blankets, but none of us could get cool. In fairness, it was the height of summer - but some fans and/oe A/C to help air circulation would go a long way!"

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"Lovely modern apartment in very old building. Everything we needed for a short stay( 5 days ). Pia & Dan most welcoming & helpful. The only thing wrong was the weather! After 2 days it absolutely poured down but we still managed to get about without a car. Especially enjoyed the City Museum, the puppetry museum at the Castle And the Botanical museum at the Castle "

"Liked - location, unusual layout and design Not so good - minor stuff like very soft bed, no extra pillows and small threadbare towels. Host reminded us twice in 2 days to leave city tax, I know some people may be dishonest but Im not so would suggest a better way to collect if they have problems rather than assuming everyone is dishonest "

"Overall a nice property especially with the patio. Clean and comfortable. The two things not liked is the fridge could be colder and not finding out about cash payment instead of card until arriving created extra work and cost more since I had to pay the sevice fee for the exchange rate. "
