“We tried to reach out to them 5 days prior and going forward writing 6 messages to them regarding our check-in information and location. We never once heard from them and had to book a hotel in Prague and had to spend double the money. As I was requesting a refund the website dropped me and I haven’t been able to get I. Touch with them. Very angry about this.”

“The setup for the rooms was a bit weird but it’s manageable. There was black mold in our bathroom. The bus stop was about a four minute walk which wasn’t bad at all! just a lot of slopes and hills. definitely not friendly for disabled guests.”

The location is absolutely perfect — quiet, yet within a few minutes distance of public transport, Czech restaurants, and the Novy Smirchov shopping mall.
