Quick trip

We came in for the State Fair and NC State Open House, the house is well located and has quick access to both the University and the Fairgrounds. It was decorated nicely and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again.

Lovely house, perfect for a getaway

The house was very clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We took our little brother to a concert for his birthday and this was the perfect location.

Nice Quiet Two Bedroom

Clean and spacious two bedroom with reserved parking. Was a very convenient place to stat as we were in town to see the Carolina Hurricanes game which was within a few minutes drive as well as a brewery and great brunch spot all within 10 min. Great communication with host and all instructions and recommendations for activities provided. Highly recommend for a small family stay.

NC State Parents

This VRBO is conveniently located close to NC State's Central Campus. Therefore, we were able to walk to family events held on campus without needing to concern ourselves about securing parking.Communicating with Midge, the host, was easy and timely, as the wintery weather impacted our ability to drive up and check in.Every room was clean and matched the description of the listing.Would definitely use again!

Great accommodations. Host was very responsive and helpful. Bungalow is in between two others occupied by college students. The college students were extremely polite and friendly. They asked us to let them know if they were making too much noise on a Saturday night.

My son and I stayed for his college orientation and it was perfect. The location was great and we even walked to campus and it had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again.

Nice place!

Cute, close to campus place, with an easy check in process. Place was clean however, there was a huge roach hiding under the towel in the bathroom so owner will need to do property spray and maintain it.
