Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you.

My family and I had a great time. We did not feel unsfe. We parked our 2018 porsche, 2022 corvette, 2020 Audi Sq5, and our 2018 Bentley Bentayga. We had no problems. We drove different cars because we had different events going on during the weeken. We had a good experience.

Perfectly appointed, great location.

Two of us came into town from neighboring States in celebration of a family member’s college graduation. Renting the condo gave us room to relax and mingle together between festivities, and was more economical and more pleasing than booking separate hotel rooms. Highly recommend.

Raleigh Condo

We enjoyed our time at this home. Our daughter was graduating from NC State University so we needed to be close by all the festivities and this condo was ideal. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was spacious enough for family to join us. I would highly recommend. Tom was also very responsive and accomodating.

The unit was in much need of some tlc. The walls were extremely dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. There was mold in the shower and the door didn't close all the way, so water went everywhere. There were cobwebs in the corners of multiple rooms and the unit needed some repairs. (laundry doors hard to open, trim falling apart, cracks in ceiling and walls). There were only 5 forks which is very inconvenient and the kitchen supplies that were provided needed to be replaced! The couch was so filthy that we didn't even want to sit on it and some of the other furniture was on the verge of breaking (chair legs, backs of chairs, etc). No extra bedding (blankets, sheets) just a sheet and comforter on the beds. On top of all that, the neighborhood did not feel safe. Definitely would not recommend!
