Easy entry on your schedule with self check-in via the Smart Lock. You'll have access to the entire house and private yard, including all three bedrooms, four bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. Make use of amenities like the patio or balcony. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

It is 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to the best that Downtown Durham has to offer, including LouElla Wine Bar, Cocoa Cinnamon Coffee, Fullsteam Brewery, Motorco music venue and Bar. Amble along tree lined streets past historic homes. It's an easy trip to the Saturday morning farmers market, Durham Art walks, the Carolina Theater, and many exceptional restaurants and unique bars. Upon booking, we will share a comprehensive list of our "Favorites"! This vibrant neighborhood is a home to locals who love to take advantage of the thriving downtown dining and entertainment scene!



Getting Around:

Public transportation is readily available with several bus lines stopping near the house. For those driving, we offer free parking on the premises and street parking. The property is conveniently located, providing easy access to major highways: approximately 3 minutes from I-85 or NC-147. Downtown Durham is a short ride away, easily accessible by walking, Lyft, or Uber.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on our Smart TV, with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We've opted out of traditional cable, but we provide YouTubeTV, which offers a cable-like experience with numerous live and on-demand options.
