Room was comfortable, had to change rooms due to shower curtain in bathroom not being attached to the wall. Lots of water damage in both bathrooms and the staff didn't seem surprised about it. Would definitely worry about mold exposure. Decent breakfast provided and staff was friendly

The room was not clean. The curtains would close for privacy, the tile floors were very sticky and the carpet was stained. Lots of foot traffic all night. Not managed very well.

Loved everything about it except the sound. At 3 a.m. the people in the door next to ours were talking and it sounded like they were in the room with us. I don't understand why hotels skimp so much on sound proofing.

The toilet didn’t fill up and had to fix the water closet. The shower head is broken and wouldn’t stay up. (They put us in the handicap suite even tho no one was handicap in our family.

I loved this stay. The beds and pillows are always so comfortable, the staff is awesome and not in my face, and it’s pretty quiet but close to everything. My only complaint is the picture sold me on the jets, and it was a basic tub with hand rails which didn’t make it worth the risk for my wheelchaired companion. Oh, and don’t sleep in for breakfast. In town for one night. Chose this site for the proximity to our activity. When first walked in the lobby was met by the smell of marijuana. Commented on this to the desk clerk , she didn’t seem interested. On the way to the elevator the odor increased. Our impression was that the workers were well aware of this and it was ‘normal’ for them. Our room was not affected , but the hallways and elevator has this odor. We will not stay at this site again.

Although, it seems as if the agent was not bothered by the marijuana smell, I am sure that was not the case. It is very hard to track any type of smoking within the building until day of departure, sadly there is not much that can be done there. We do have signs posted throughout our building letting guests know that we are a NON-smoking hotel however, most times our requests are ignored. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would only hope that you would stay with us again in the future to prove to you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. The beds were comfortable & breakfast choices were fine. For two nights, loud pounding from the room above us kept us from sleeping - and actions taken by the front desk did not change the situation. The back door did not latch, making use of a key-card un-necessary. And on our last day, a broken lock on our room door locked us out for a period, delaying our departure.

This was my second stay here and this trip was not the best. There was smoking in the rooms, you could smell in the hallways. In my room #216 the plug where the coffee pot was did not work, so there was no access to microwave or fridge, coffee pot had to be moved in the room. The room stunk beyond what I could describe. For 369.00 plus I expected far better and needless to say, I will not be using this hotel again. If you are going to use as an extended stay for construction workers then take off the market for regular rooms.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Managed well. Pool was super clean and temperature was refreshing. A lot of options for breakfast and was very good. I would suggest having a dark roast coffee option too. But the regular coffee wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
