We did not have hot water for 2 of the 3 night stay and management was slow to try to resolve/accommodate. The facility is old, but overall it was clean.

Arrived to be told that the water heaters had an issue in which they would only be turned on during hours of 6am-10am and another time in the evenings. Being I take showers in morning this was ok... but at 6:30am we ran water for 10 minutes and the water never heated. We tried again at 7:20, no hot water. We took cold showers because we had to go to work. When reported to Expedia and we requested our reservation be cancelled, the staff refused to answer the phones (many guests were quite upset). As of today they have still not made things right or refunded my charges as requested. Very poor ethics, very poor customer service. Floors were stained and dirty, parking was too expensive. All of this and they charged us $600 and have refunded nothing. I will be filing court documents on Monday if not resolved by Friday.
