Stayed three nights. They were supposed to refresh towels and linens every other day, but that never happened. They shut down breakfast every day early, so no coffee available. Bar service was very good when it was open. Location in N Hills was good. Room was not bad… 3.5 stars.

Overall good hotel. I personally don’t think the higher per night cost justifies the room rate. Meaning driving a few blocks away you have a 30/40% reduction in rates for the same amenities and services.

I could live here if there was more closet space, an oven and a washer and dryer lol. No complaints with the exception of getting my vehicle from valet when we checked out early in the morning. There should be some sort of reservation system for that so they have a valet on site the front counter had to call over to another hotel. Location was awesome as well everything you need within walking distance. Mall one exit away

The hotel is in a great location. Day shift valet and front desk staff were great. Evening valet was non-existent l, and the front desk woman on the evening shift seemed overwhelmed. I ended up parking my own car down the block after waiting 2 hours for valet from another hotel to come help.
