The staff here were attentive and friendly. In my opinion they were under staffed because the employees were pulled in lots of directions. The experience was wonderful and we will be back. Thank you for providing an inviting, safe, clean haven during our long road trip!! Best, Carla

The staff was EXCELLENT. Lisa, Jeremy and everyone at the front desk/bar area were so great. They made our weekend stay for our daughters graduation fantastic.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location near the SAS campus, the quiet room and feeling safe and comfortable. The only thing keeping if from being excellent all around was the flickering desk light which kept me from using it and some stains on the carpet.

I can’t say enough about this hotel!! Check in was amazing and easy. The staff was kind and the manager Brandon was so helpful! It is a DOG FRIENDLY hotel!! The communication was clear and kind about where my dog could be in the hotel. The room was beautiful and quiet. There were lots of different dogs and I never heard one. I am so happy we stayed here!! Highly recommend!

Rude people. I got screamed at for using the wrong tongs at the breakfast buffet by an employee. Hotel is great and clean. Some of the people are very unpleasant.
