Welcome to The Arboretum, your fully-furnished home base in Cary’s upscale Weston area. Perfect for short-term getaways, monthly, or extended stays, each apartment features a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and soaring 9'–11' ceilings for extra breathing room. Relax at the saltwater pool, crush your fitness goals in the 24-hour gym, or explore nearby greenways and parks like Lake Crabtree and Umstead State Park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Once you book, we’ll ask for your email and share a secure link for you to access our screening process. Please chat with us if you have any questions!

Brought elderly mom. Inquired if elevator but was not informed how far the apartment was from elevator or that the condo bedrooms were upstairs. Difficult for elderly or handicapped.

Great stay for graduation weekend

Getting registered with the actual property management to get approved for a very short term stay was a pain but everything after that was 5 stars. Check in details were a little complicated but accurate. Apartment is even nicer in person. Convenient to family and ready access to the interstate.
