We got there and parked the car and didn’t move it until we left. We attended two shows at the Lincoln Theater, had coffee and pastries at the near by coffee shop, walked to the local market, bars, and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It was an enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and it was a quick walk to the convention center where i needed to be. I especially liked the big backyard so i could relax there at night. Everything i needed

We were visiting our daughter who is away at college and wanted a home that was within walking distance to downtown Raleigh and also had a parking spot. This house fit the bill, and also was just lovely. It is very recently renovated and has a number of different outdoor spaces. Getting to the area around the capitol building was a 20 minute walk through mainly residential neighborhoods and the Transfer Co. Food Hall is only a 5 minute walk for other meals and entertainment.

House was nice and in a good location. There is no welcome information and couldn’t login to wifi. Called for support and it took three days to get the password. Neighbors were loud well after 1am and we could hear everything as the house doesn’t seem to have good sound insulation. Like I said, nice looking house that met our minimum requirements.

The home was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were nicely decorated amd made the house feel like home. It was very close to downtown which was very convenient for us and our 4 little ones. I would definitely recommend this home!
