Welcome to your private pied-à-terre in one of Durham’s most distinguished neighborhoods. This light-filled apartment sits above a three-bay garage on a quiet, tree-lined street in historic Hope Valley, a community celebrated for its graceful homes, manicured fairways, and timeless Southern charm.

Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and function, the apartment accommodates up to two guests with two bedrooms available. The standard nightly rate includes use of one bedroom; if you’d like access to the second bedroom for additional space, privacy, or separate sleeping arrangements, just let us know. A modest additional fee applies, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.
