The townhouse is located within walking distance from North Carolina Central University and walking trail. Recently upgraded. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Durham. Fenced in property for privacy with a patio out back. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Two parking spaces. Within 20 minutes to Duke Hospital/University. 3 bedrooms upstairs, open floor plan downstairs with ceramic floors, washer/dryer,wood flooring in bedrooms, patio,

Not clean and no basic supplies

No knives, limited toilet paper, no iron, no blow dryer, and that is just a few of the missing basics. No very clean and there were bugs.

No heat upon arrival and they kitchen has an unexpected critter but host sent someone within the hour to repair.

Good

Even though the prices were inflated due to graduation weekend, the place was comfortable enough. The beds were comfortable, although only one bedroom had a dresser. We had to put the suitcases in the larger bedroom and there was only a small side table surface to put items on. Bathrooms were good. Kitchen was large enough to move around, although bring your own cookware as it was limited and rusting. No garbage disposal. TV only played a few channels, but that didn't bother us since we had a busy weekend. There was enough parking. One issue we had was the steepness of the staircase. We had elderly people and they needed help with their bags and going up and down the staircase as it was not lit well either. The townhome is the end unit on a group of 3 in an older part of Durham. Communication with Larry was good.
