「This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.」

「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

「We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold...
