Didn't use the pool or gym. The room was clean, the front desk staff and restaurant bar were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. There isn't much around the area, but it is easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Security is a bit tight.

Mellinium should be renamed fiasco hotel

For 235 US dollar/ night this hotel is a ripoff, Advertised as having two restaurants is false, they are closed nonfunctional. The room seems to be prepared by somebody in a hurry, towels stacked haphazardly, dirt on the walls, tissue box and trash can broken, curtain ripped electric outlets dangerously hanging from walls, swimming pool closed on a very hot day etc. Have photos for documentation if anybody is interested.

Has potential, but having clear difficulties!

For a FIVE-STAR establishment owned by a global hotel group, this hotel was a disappointment, but with the current situation in the West Bank, I can understand many of the issues, but not all of them and especially not for the price per night! I wish that I had looked at some of the recent reviews! I would have seen a lot of the issues that I experienced only on arrival! Neither restaurant seems to be operating, only breakfast is available and I agree with others, it was not the greatest buffet and was hosted in a room far larger and emptier than it needed to be. There was no room service available either. After a long transfer from Tel Aviv, a club sandwich, fries and a beer would have really hit the spot! ...Hell, a frozen pizza thrown in the oven would have sufficed! The pool is also not open... This is often one of my deciding factors when travelling; it would have been better for its closure to be on the property's listing! The room was clean enough (just), but the state of repair of a "Premium" room (506) was not great, especially in the bathroom... Again, well below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I did not have much interaction from the staff; I was travelling most of each day, but there was a young man behind the lobby bar (sorry didn't note your name, but you had glasses) who stood out as taking pride in what he was doing. I left this hotel thinking that Millennium & Copthorne Hotels are not doing enough to meet their standards found elsewhere!

الفندق نظيف. لكن يجب التأكد من مواعيد فتح البركة. يغلقونها للاعراس وهذا غير مذكور عند الحجز. غير هيك طلبت اكثر من مرة تزيين الغرفة اتصلت قبل الوصول. اكدت عند الحضور واتفقنا انه عندما نخرج نعلمهم كي يزينوها. واتصلت وتم التأكيد على التظيين لكن ذلك لم يحدث!!! وجبة الفطور نقص الحليب ولم يأتوا بغيره رغم الطلب. سعر غال مقابل خدمات بسيطه وبدون استعمال البركة. تم تعويض لبركة في فندق اخر لكن هي الاخرى اغلقت مبكؤا بسبب عرس
