「We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review...

「The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.」

「Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. 」
