It instantly feels like a holiday upon arrival. Before you go inside, the first thing you will take in is the fantastic mountain panorama. Once inside, the small apartment is spacious enough for two people and fully equipped. A spacious bedroom for a well-deserved night's sleep and a comfortable bathroom with underfloor heating offer you plenty of comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and the cosy living area makes this apartment perfect for 2 people
You can park your car under the carport, and although you are in the middle of nature, you can leave it there. For the active guests, the day starts right in front of the house. A lovely hiking trail to the Silberkarhütte starts around the corner. There also are true climbing routes. In any case, summer invites you to go on beautiful hiking and cycling tours in the area. There are several hikes in the region. Schladming is also known as the 'valley of a thousand springs'. Many mountain lakes, a thousand springs and a hundred waterfalls can be discovered in the area.
The ski bus stops 500 metres away and takes you to the ski resort of Schladming and its surroundings, where there is skiing fun for all levels. Cross-country skiing is even closer, from the garden you step straight onto the trail
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
