There is also a double bedroom, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. This level also has a shower/WC and a separate WC. The second upper floor houses three double bedrooms, one room with two beds and a double bed, and exits to the balcony.
