Exceeds Expectations

Our experience was without a flaw. Greenday was extremely accommodating. We were provided all of the comforts you could imagine. There were toiletries in the bathrooms and fluffy bath robes in the closets. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. We are looking forward to the next time we can come visit once again!

The moment you step foot into this stylish and updated 2 bedroom unit, you are greeted by the beautiful sun sunshine coming in off the large back patio area overlooking the tennis courts and the mountains. The light and bright decor adds to the over feel of airiness and the cleanliness put us at ease. We felt truly comfortable here and would like to give a shout out to Steve and Ryan and the Greenday Team for literally jumping at our every need to ensure that our stay was perfect. Of all the tennis villas we've seen, the location and the condition of 40 Love stands out as an Ace!

Exceeds Expectations

This Greenday property, Love-40, was amazing! Perfectly upgraded, clean, and everything you need is at your fingertips. Pool and jacuzzi is literally around the corner. Great location, not far from restaurants, grocery store, golf courses, etc.....We will definitely stay at this property again! Perfect getaway for anytime of the year! Thank You Greenday! Peaceful, Spacious and Fully-Renovated!

This was the perfect staycation! Just a quick drive from San Diego, we arrived to find the place set up perfectly and fully stocked. The space is spotless and obviously loved by its owners. Everything is new, modern and convenient. The layout is open and commodious, with the bedrooms separated by the common area. With elevated ceilings and an open living room/ dining/ kitchen, it is unbelievably spacious. Once we saw the fully-equipped kitchen, we picked up our food for the week at Trader Joe's, which is just 3 miles away. It was so easy to store all of our food and cook there. We didn't get a chance to use the grill, but definitely will on our next stay. There are two pools just footsteps away and each morning we walked a 3 mile loop around the beautiful golf course community with palm trees in sight and hills in the distance. It was completely safe and anyone we saw waved a friendly hello. The property felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect Getaway -What a great place to chill out and relax!

Super cute decorating, appliances were top notch and location couldn't have been better. We were literally steps from tennis and the pool area! The furnishings were super cool and the owner thought of all the little extras you might need. I was impressed by the bathrooms, the wonderful beds, and felt right at home. It is a great choice for a relaxing time in the desert.

Great family accommodations

Nice fully remodeled two bedroom with all you could ask for while traveling with a family. We enjoyed the laundry in unit and the spacious kitchen and bathrooms!
