Everything we'd hoped for and more
We had a wonderful and comfortable month here in this Mission Hills condo. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, and in a scenic, private location. The owner, Linda, is very responsive and she has furnished her home with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings, amenities, and beds and baths are first rate. The location is convenient to all the desert cities, as well as shopping for groceries and last minute items. There is much to do in the area, and we were able to take advantage of many things. As much as we enjoyed our day and evening activities, returning to this home was always a pleasure.

It was a very good year !
Why not quote Frank Sinatra when describing a month at Mission Hills in a luxury 3 bedroom villa with all the amenities and a postcard location. Mission Hills is a premium community and the villa owner is an exceptional host - responsive and efficient in all matters - communications are timely and well organized.

Great Property!
Linda was fabulous to deal with. Always replied to questions quickly. The property is just like the pictures, comfortable and everything you need for a great stay. A grapefruit tree just off the deck. Costco and Walmart are close for groceries or anything you forgot or need more of, we went to lots of markets and art festivals, up the Tram (there was snow so dress accordingly), lots of hiking and a couple of days exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Best hike we did was not in the park but called the Ladders in Painted Rock Canyon. East of Indio. One thing to keep in mind is that you are on a golf course so grounds keeping starts early to get ahead of the golfers. We were here for a month. Would highly recommend the property,

Beautiful Oasis, with golf course views in Rancho Mirage
We spent a wonderful, warm, sunny month in Rancho Mirage. Linda has a beautiful, well equipped villa and is very responsive to all enquiries. The back patio has great views of the golf course and mountains and was perfect for dinner most evenings. This was a very easy 5 star rating.

3-Surface Tennis Tournament Getaway
Great location for our annual 3-surface tournament and it was great to just be able to walk to the tennis courts. The house had all the amenities needed for cooking and the outside grill was an extra bonus. The house is beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Really pretty view off the deck with ability to watch golfers and see water fowl in the pond.
We loved our stay here. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and pretty. The host had various supplies like olive oil, etc., which made our stay easier. We would definitely rent here again.

Palm Springs annual girl’s trip
Annual ladies PS film fest trip. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions prior to arrival. The condo did not disappoint! Terrific location, polite and personable grounds staff, well-appointed condo and beautifully decorated. Might add that while I frequently use VRBO I’ve never experienced a condo with more thoughtfulness to the comfort of the guest than this. Highly recommend!!

Central Location - Family Friendly
This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to all the courses that we played as well as many restaurants and shopping options. The property was exactly as shown, it was clean and comfortable. Lots of room for families and kids and the overall facilities were in fantastic shape. The only caveat that I would note would be the fact that we were unable to call a taxi or an uber to the community because guests are unable to invite guests, a very small hiccup and basically a non-issue.

The villa was lovely, even more accommodating and spacious than it appears in photos. It is spotlessly clean, very well stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Linda has put careful thought into this accommodation and it is appreciated. The roadrunner that passed by many days was a treat as well as the multitude of hummingbirds and other bird life on the lake just beyond the patio. The bird song was delightful. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the plush linens. We didn’t want for anything and would definitely choose this villa again. It was a perfect desert getaway for the15 days we spent here.

This is a beautiful unit, location and view of the course and lake are wonderful. My client stayed with family and they said the beds, bedding, towels, everything in the unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Will book again next time.

Absolutely GORGEOUS house in a perfect setting
This house is like a professionally decorated model home. It is gorgeous. Everything in the home is top quality (from the Henckel's knives to the refrigerator to the washer/dryer, to the comfy bedding and towels). We had 5 adults during our 5-night stay. It was really great to have use of the garage to keep the car out of the heat. Sitting out on the back patio, looking out over the pond and golf course felt like we were in a 5-star resort. The master bathroom was huge. Linda is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to any inquiry and provided lots of information inside the house to guide our stay. I can't say enough about Linda and her house. This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay
This was our second stay at the villa and we enjoyed it so much. Linda is an outstanding host, very responsive, and takes pride in her rental. Everything in the villa is just as one would want a home away from home. There's plenty of room for 5 and a wonderful patio to enjoy the views of the lake and golf course. We found our stay to be very relaxing with all the amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. We will certainly be returning again to this peaceful retreat.

Beautiful condo and view!
We really enjoy Misdion Hills area and this was probably one of our favorite places to stay out of the last 8 years. Linda was very helpful and easy to contact during our stay. The beds are great and the kids really enjoyed having their own space. At night, we would hang out and use the firelight. There was a lot of laughter and stories. The place is well stocked, clean and still has a new feeling. It will be great to return for spring break next year. Thank you, Linda.

A perfect setting for R&R
Linda’s condo was the perfect getaway for a two week vacation. The condo itself was very clean, bright and so welcoming, extremely well stocked, had the most comfortable beds and was situated perfectly within Mission Hills. Our son joined us for part of the time and the condo was certainly spacious enough for the four of us. The patio had great furniture to be able to relax or to dine and the view was great. We stayed over Thanksgiving week. The house is located inside a quiet and gated community. Access to garage and house was simple and straight forward. House is clean. Layout is optimal. Furniture is modern and we LOVE the white leather sofa in the living room. It is so comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked,. Has all the necessities like oil, salt,, pepper, sugar, and condiments which is great so we didn't have to buy them just to use for couple days. Linda is very responsive. We are very happy with the house and working with Linda. would definitely come back if we visit Palm Springs again.

We rented for 4 nights in October and the stay was perfect. We are a family of 4 with 2 young boys and the rooms were set up just right for us, with 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom is very large with a very comfortable king bed. Ceilings are vaulted in most rooms and makes the condo feel really spacious. They were overseeding the golf course so there was no golfer activity which was great. Felt like we had our own huge backyard for the stay.

Our family of four and au pair thoroughly enjoyed the week in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The amenities were perfect for us. We appreciated the comfortable beds and bedding! The air mattress and pack ‘n play made our stay perfect with little ones in tow. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked at least one meal at the condo each day during our stay. There are a few pools within a short walk and we enjoyed many of them. The complex had very few people around during this first week of October visit so we felt lucky to have such a quiet stay! We will definitely be back.

PERFECT PLACE
Was in town for a girls golf weekend and this place was perfect in every way. Lots of room, supplies, amenities, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay at this property, very beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect location- did have a hitch with inaccurate directions on entering the gates after hours - had to problem solve at 1AM, but once past this hurdle it was lovely.

Thanks so much for your review. I am happy you enjoyed your stay and your issue was resolved. I did check my current instructions I sent and it does state the Inverness gate is open 24 hours. Sorry that was missed. Once you leave the grounds after certain hours, access is only through this gate. There is a note at all the other gates also directing everyone what to do. I'm glad everything worked out! Come back again!

We loved the condo, the place looked great. The patio on the 17th green is the place to hang out. The master bedroom is very nice. Very relaxed environment, very close to pool & hammock. The plasma TVs in each room are great. Great tennis and golf available.

Love this Unit
We also stayed here two years ago. Once again, it was a delightful place to stay all the way around. The owner is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, and the unit is beautiful, well stocked, very clean inside. The location is lovely, and you do not get the direct hot sun on the patio so you can sit outside comfortably at any time of day, especially with the overhead fan, and watch the birds and golfers. When we stay in the Mission Hills area, it is definitely our first choice of where to stay.

Best vacation rental ever!!!
It was a good experience from the very beginning. Right after the reservation was accepted I got all the information from Lisa right away. No waiting until 2 weeks (or less) before the trip like I have had with other rentals. We were in the area for a youth golf tournament. We have rented many properties around the country and this one exceeded our expectations. The location was great and the unit was way above average. It had been recently remodeled and it was not a 'rental' remodel. High end touches and really nice finishes. Super clean. Thank you Lisa. Bonus: there was a high chair and a pack and play for our infant. And the garage parking was really convenient.

Great Extended Holiday Weekend in Beautiful Villa
We stayed here for 3 nights while participating in a golf tournament at one of the Mission Hills golf courses. We were very pleased with the villa and impressed with the space and its amenities. The decor is modern and we loved the extra flair of color. Having TVs in all the rooms definitely satisfied the entire party. The views on the back patio are serene and tranquil and we could linger there for hours. The condo and complex are clean, safe, and quiet which optimized our relaxing vacation time. The use of the garage was a definite plus with over 100- degree weather. Linda was very responsive to all communications and provided complete and easy to understand instructions and recommendations. This is an excellent vacation rental and we will definitely be back again soon.
