We had a lovely stay at the Mirage Cove. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet. There are a ton of food/ grocery/ shopping options nearby for you to enjoy. Absolutely stunning view of mountains from front porch and lovely pool area in the back. My major gripe is there was no Cable Tv, even though it was advertised. Since we traveled during Covid our plan was to stay at the home all day. And I was also expecting a washer/ dryer but could not locate it anywhere. All of the customer service people I spoke with were all extremely kind and helpful. They all receive 5 stars. However, as this house is managed by a professional management company I was disappointed in many ways. Nowhere, other than listing page, could I find out what the amenities were in the home which I looked at multiple times. Their is a section that states their homes come with Cable and Washer/ Dryer which ours did not. There was a stained channel guide from 2016 and futon instructions included in the binder in the home but that is it other than restaurant recommendations and the rules (for the 20th time). Could I have used the garage? No clue. There was an over emphasis on the rules, which I understand, but they need to give that same treatment to making renters aware of what is actually included in the home. Was also not a fan of paying multiple booking fees and a large cleaning fee to then have to take out all trash, do dishes, strip bed before a 10AM departure time. I understand this is normal but for the amount of money paid its just a bit frustrating considering we only there 2 days and barely dirtied the home. Overall, if the management company put in more effort to be detailed with their rentals this would have been a 5 star trip.
