Newly remodeled condo! Open living design. Granite bar and counters. Brand new tile throughout the house. Master bathroom shower recently remodeled. Home includes 4 flat screen TV's and internet service. Several community pools within walking distance. Comfortable patio with patio furniture, free standing heater and BBQ that sits along the golf course and offers beautiful view of mountains. 2 outdoor ceiling fans add to your comfort. Patio faces north. Great for entertaining!

Great location. Property sits on a cul-de-sac. Quiet, virtually no traffic. Great neighbors.

10 minute walk to The River, popular retail/restaurant center. Multi screen movie theatre. Adjacent to OMNI/Rancho Las Palmas Hotel that features restaurants and health spa.

A short 5 minute drive puts you on the famed El Paseo Drive. Enjoy a stroll and visit many fine retailers and restaurants.

Short drive to historic downtown Palm Springs that offers restaurants and retail stores. Enjoy the air museum. It's filled with vintage aircraft and interesting exhibits.

For golfers there are over 100 places to play in the area. From the recreational player to the low handicapper there are plenty of places to enjoy. Tennis and pickleball courts available. Fitness center facilities open to guests.

Rent with confidence!

This property is well appointed and provided everything we needed for our stay. Great location. On a quiet cul-de-sac. Patio next to fairway. We will plan to rent this property on our trip to the desert.

Wonderful Property!

This property has been beautifully remodeled in the last few years and was such a comfortable place to stay. It is well-stocked with dishes and everything else you might need for cooking. Located on the fairway, it was fun to watch the golfers and two pools are close by, as well. The owner and his wife are very nice people and were very accommodating when we needed to check out a little late. Would highly recommend this condo.

the house is actually larger and more luxurious than the pictures suggested. The home is centrally located and easily accessible. Perfect for our visit. Tim was very responsive and helpful. i highly recommend the rancho las palmas home.
