「The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room and property were below average and I won't stay there again. Weeds were pulled by the entrance and left laying right where they were pulled, very noisy especially in the morning, there was considerable mold in the window, the towels belonged in a museum, the pool area had tons of stuff piled it, and the breakfast bar was a total joke. Very simply very poor management.....I wonder if management ever heard of the management theory...

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「The entire property was lovely, we had access to all amenities and there were shuttles that took us to all restaurants and the Sports core. Our room was clean and loved the bathroom! A very nice breakfast was included and coffee available all day. Happy hour offered a free beer or glass of wine and a full bar to purchase a drink. The staff was extremely helpful. They are expanding this property and it looks fantastic」
