“Overall good i enjoyed”

“An outstanding property in a tea plantation. The main house is full of furniture from days gone by, including nice library. The staff are very incredible. We went at a time when the night temperatures got cold. Not a problem. We ate by a roaring fire, slept of beds made toasty and warm by electric blankets, and were taken for an incredibly hike through the villages with the tea garden as well as through the garden itself. Spectacular! ”

“The room and washroom were spotless, and all the public rooms were very well-appointed. Heaters were always available and placed nearby. The food was delicious and nicely presented, The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Very pleased that I stayed with you. Thank you.”

“Great location and about 15 mins walk to the town center. We booked the Heritage rooms which had an old world charm with great views. The service was excellent and the staff extremely hospitable. Overall, a really good stay. ”

“Repair work noises and uncomfortable beds. Lack of hygiene in the restaurant were downs. very prompt and helpful personnel were the pluses. ”

“The hotel itself is attractive and well appointed Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Coffee/bakery is fantastic. The setting is in a congested section of the Darjeeling bazaar without on site parking making arrival and departure complicated. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff.”

“Quintessential perfectly preserved beautiful British Raj hill station hotel Darjeeling full of historical artefacts at the end of the mall with some views. The staff were very attentive and helpful and served delicious meals in the dining room and I really enjoyed my stay of stepping back in time at this sanctuary of history in th hills away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 💖😎Dawn from Australia ”
