"This hotel is so neat with a lobby full of books you can borrow. Just be aware that the awesome multilevel bookcase picture in the hotel pictures is from the museum next door. It's a very cool museum, but costs 1400 yen per person fyi. "

"I was glad there were no steps in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. However, there was too much rice and not enough bread. There were no seats available at breakfast by 8am. The pajamas smelled bad and I couldn't use them. They smelled like a man. I would like to stay here again, but I hope they will fix the smell of the pajamas."

"It is an older style property with grace. The location is great being right next to the train station and doorstep to the airport bus. One downside will be the sound of the railway crossing that start around 6:00. "

"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. "
