"SPOTLESSLY CLEAN quiet room with very comfortable beds. Microwave and larger “dorm” sized refrigerator/freezer were also both spotlessly clean. DOVE products for toiletries which was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast: sausage gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff is very helpful and we received FRIENDLY and SUPERIOR assistance from Jay..always with her wonderful smile..THANK YOU. Hotel is very close to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and has a gas station across the street to make refueling a breeze. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer for $2 each but no change machine so make sure to bring your own quarters (both machines were spotlessly clean). This is our second multiple day stay at this hotel and it has been rock solid on both occasions. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area."
