「Stayed here for a weekend trip. Worked out well and we would stay here again. Clean room, and helpful staff. 」

「Gym was not usable, as it was being used for storage. Nobody offered any concessions or solutions. I asked several times to have front desk escalate to management, no response. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins. I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper. 」

「I was down for Easter weekend with my 5 year old daughter to visit close friends. I had no working toilet for 4 out 5 days and no hot water at all. The entire property really smells like weed and it stuck to mine and my toddlers clothes. I would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. It’s unfortunate.」

「The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. 「Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island 」

They all paid close attention to guests and ensured everyone was satisfied. The driver who took us around was also very kind and attentive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I genuinely appreciated the service and the overall experience. 」
