「Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.」

Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.」
