I never expected this experience from the hospitality to the location just steps from the water. Bonus for me was seeing the "heavies" take off from the nearby runway! Felt so private yet neighborly and such a treat to have everything I would need on a vacation from kitchen needs to beach accessories.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Rarotonga Villas. Being right on the beach was very special. Even a spot of bad weather didn't matter, as the balcony is covered so we could still outside and enjoy the storm over the ocean. The villa was clean, modern with fast wifi and had everything we needed. Planes fly overhead pretty low before landing - we found it cool. We loved the western side location - we were often the only people on the beach and we saw whales in the distance everyday, not to mention stunning sunsets. If you don't rent a car, the bus stop is right outside, plus a 24/7 grocery store across the road, for when you run out of tonic. ;) Jo and Neville were easy to deal with, respectful of privacy but still available to help out any way they can. Thanks for a fabulous stay Jo and Neville!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rarotonga Villas! Jo and Nevel were so lovely and welcoming to us, our words would not do our stay and experience justice. They went the extra mile for us, whether it was transport, recommendations or care they were absolutely amazing! The Villa was lovely, modern and very clean for an awesome price. Wifi was really fast saving us lots of money on data top ups, we were able to watch Netflix when we wanted some down time, aircon available (which we didn’t really need to use as the fan was just as great), we just had everything we needed in the villa when we arrived. The beach was right at our stairs and it was lovely and private with loungers, tables, hammocks and the most incredible sunsets, making the perfect photos and perfect place for beautiful memories! We also loved seeing the planes fly over was a cool add on to our experience! Our stay was amazing thanks to Rarotonga Villas, a truely 10/10 experience, we highly recommended this place and would love to visit again in the future! Our wonderful stay at Rarotonga Villa

We stayed at the Rarotonga Villas for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. It was short walking distance from the villa to the takeaway shop and Nikao Social Centre where we could purchase food, coffee, and ice cream. The villa was very clean, and we enjoyed snorkeling and whale watching right in front of the villa. The hosts Neville and Jo were very nice people and their dog Bruno was lovely. We would love to go back there again.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here at the Rarotonga Villas :-) Owners Jo & Neville were always so attentive and welcoming, they definitely made us feel comfortable and made sure we had a good time everytime we had an activity. Rarotonga villas

Rarotonga Villas has a beautiful ocean view from room. There are 4 ocean front villas and a separate laundry room shared between villas. Room size was perfect for two of us. Kitchenette has everything you need. Bed is king size and comfortable. They give you 1 bath, 1 beach towel, and 1 hand towel for each persons so you have to do laundry if fresh towels needed as no room service offered for these villas. Beach has bench and table if you want to sit and eat. I personally prefer beach beds to lay down instead (there were 2 in front of our villa but both broken and super dirty). Airport runway is your neighbor! The airport is not so busy, 1 or 2 big jets and couple small airplanes take off and landing daily. My husband likes watching them and not bothered at all but it was annoying to me specially the one at the middle of night! So it all depends on you! There is a convenient store just across the villas which has almost everything. Hosts are super friendly and nice.

Our villa was well-maintained, modern and in an amazing spot right on the beach front. Facilities were good: we loved the outdoors shower to freshen up after a dip in the lagoon just out the front. Speaking of the lagoon, definitely go for a snorkel right out front! It's teeming with all sorts of interesting marine life, and you may be able to borrow some leave-behind equipment from the laundry room if available. Owners Jane and Phillip are great hosts as well; very friendly, and full of local knowledge to help you get the most out of your stay in this little paradise. They were also generous enough to drop us off at the airport for our transfer to Aitutaki. Although the weather wasn't very kind to us for a large part of our stay in Raro, we still had a good time, partly thanks to the villa being in good condition. One thing to keep in mind: airplane noise can be thunderous. This can be annoying in the early AM, but I won't deduct any points for this as we knew this going in. However if you're sensitive to this, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We were in paradise! The view was fabulous and even included whales. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. Phillip and Jane were very attentive to our needs. Hot water was mostly available and needed planning at times but wont keep us from returning.
