Unbelievable service — Florence and the staff made us feel like family, always greeting us by name (and even with hugs!). Our beachfront bungalow was spotless and comfortable with stunning views. We love everything about the villas and the property. The location is fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and you can tell the staff takes pride in providing an excellent experience for guests.

The villas were amazing, the staff was amazing, the dog Chester and the kitty were amazing. We loved the touches of the stocked fridge, the water bottles and the bag. But the real treat is that the snorkeling off the beach is the best in Raro. We would come back in a second! Wonderful place
