Excellent Stay

Very nice and friendly hosts as well as neighbors. The host give you very good guidance for visits like beaches and guided city tours.The pool makes a relaxed stay especially with kids. Further a couple of nice beaches can be reached quite fast by car (app. 15-30 min.).

Perfect Location, perfect Holidays

We had a wonderful vacation. The house and pool were great and we had a good rest. Great beaches were within a short drive. We were very warmly welcomed and the homemade pastries from Ingrid and the wine were a real surprise. This area v. Istria we must see again. Thanks for everything

The whole property is clean, tidy, and well cared for. The house felt cozy and practical, with air conditioning in every room. All the windows are new and have insect screens. The real highlight is the big garden with a pool. There’s an almond tree, lots of fig trees, grapevines, and even a small olive grove – perfect for strolling around and picking some fruit. For children it’s truly a wonderful place.The house is at the end of a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for anyone who loves nature and is looking for peace and relaxation. At night you can see the stars so clearly.Ingrid, the owner, is extremely kind and always happy to help with any questions.We’d love to come back. Definitely recommended.

Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Perfekte für eine Auszeit mit der Familie. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Küche ist vernünftig eingerichtet. Trotz der ruhigen Lage findet man viele Einkaufs-, Bade-, und Einkehrmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Vermieterin ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Sehr schön und abgelegen

Das Haus liegt am ende eines kleines Dorfes. Das Grundstück ist riesig und es ist sehr ruhig. Wir fanden alles sehr sauber vor und es fehlte an nichts. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der nächsten, größeren Stadt Labin und kann dort einkaufen, essen und die Stadt erkaunden Alles in allem, perfekt

Schönes Hause in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alle Schlafräume waren zum Glück klimatisiert. Der Pool ist toll und zum Glück gab es ausreichend Schattenplätze. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr nett.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser! Das Grundstück ist der Wahnsinn, man lebt quasi in völliger Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Der Empfang (Wein und Schoko-Pancakes im Kühlschrank) und die Betreuung war sehr liebenswert. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir würden es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Perfekter Urlaub

Einen rundum herrlichen Urlaub durften wir im Ferienhaus von Ingrid und Mladen verbringen. Die beiden kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um Ferienhaus und Grundstück, sind total nett und helfen immer, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Generell ist man in dem Ferienhaus wirklich für sich, kann die Ruhe, Natur und den Pool genießen. Das Grundstück ist riesig und es gibt nur eine ältere, nette Nachbarin. Für jegliche Ausflüge benötigt man das Auto, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir werden sicher irgendwann wieder kommen :)

Ein Goldstück

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind herzlich und aufmeksam, aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Es war der beste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Erholsame Woche in eine sehr ruhige lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den freundlichen Vermietern verlief problemlos. Das Ferienhaus, der Poolbereich und das Grundstück sind sehr schön angelegt und perfekt für Ruhe und Erholung geeignet. Insgesamt ist alles sehr empfehlenswert. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und es gibt nur zwei nette Nachbarn. Es ist funktional eingerichtet, allerdings gibt es wenige Steckdosen, die Fenster verfügen leider über keine Moskitonetze und der Küchenbereich hat keinen Backofen. Ansonsten ist alles top. Der Poolbereich ist grandios. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und hat eine Tiefe von 1,60 m, sodass er für Kinder ohne Aufsicht nicht geeignet ist. WLAN und deutsche TV-Sender haben gut funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, groß und mit einem Grill ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen vor Ort. Wir hatten dabei täglich Kontakt zum sehr netten und engagierten Vermieter. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft stand zur Begrüßung ein selbstgemachter Kuchen und kalte Getränke bereit. Unsere Kinder konnten sich im Pool und dem riesigen Garten mit zahlreichen Obst und Olivenbäumen so richtig austoben. Auch die Tierwelt ist eine positive Erwähnung wert. Hier gibt es eine Vielfalt die man nicht mehr gewöhnt ist. Von zahlreichen Bienen, Rosenkäfern, Eidechsen bis hin zu Tausendfüßlern und Wiedehopf. Nachts können Fledermäuse beobachtet und der Gesang der Nachtigall bewundert werden. Durch diese Artenvielfalt gab es erfreulich wenig Stechmücken. Die Strände in der Nähe sind durch die extrem zugewachsen Wege zu Fuß leider nicht erreichbar. Aber wer 15 -20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto in Kauf nimmt erreicht wunderschöne Buchten abseits des Massentourismus. Hier stehen die Vermieter mit tollen Ausflugszielen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Haus jedem der naturnah wohnen möchte und nichts dagegen hat aufs Auto angewiesen zu sein sehr empfehlen.

Ruhig und schön - alles vorhanden für Urlaub/Erholung

Es war sehr schön, erholsam, ruhig, genau richtig!, So hatten wir uns das vorgestellt! Ein paar Tage Durchschnaufen und Ruhe genießen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet, nette Vermieter und einfach rundum gelungen und schön. Auch wenn wir nicht mit Kindern dort waren, Schaukel, Bälle, sehr kinderfreundlich, großer Garten - einfach nur schön, wenn nur die lange Anreise nicht wäre mit den vielen Staus. Nächstes Mal ein paar Tage länger.

Das Haus war abseits gelegen, so dass man die totale Ruhe genießen konnte. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthalts mehrmals gesäubert. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, gerne jederzeit wieder!

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Wij hebben in een mei een weekje doorgebracht in Vila Ana. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Hij had een schaal met zelfgemaakte hapjes bij zich en in de koelkast stond een fles wijn koud. Een perfecte start van ons verblijf. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Vanuit deze plek kan je heel makkelijk de rest van Istrië ontdekken. Het huis is netjes en alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad was in deze periode van het jaar nog koud, maar dat weerhield onze kinderen om een duik te nemen. De tuin is heel groot en het uitzicht super. Kortom we hebben een mooie week gehad. Dank!

Sehr ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung und der Kontakt vor Ort waren perfekt. Wir haben gute Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen bekommen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in der Pampa. Einfach nur schön

Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Der Pool ist wunderbar und es ist eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. Um den Pool stehen Oleander- und Lavendelbüsche. Auf den Lavendelbüschen tummeln sich ganz viele Schmetterlinge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir gleich mit super Tipps zum Einkaufen und Baden per WhatsApp versorgt. Hatte man eine Frage oder ein Problem, wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Ganz toll. Im Haus ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.....es war einfach nur schön.
