We were able to show them our hotels.com info and they were fine. The room was big and had a good ac. Bed was a little hard, but fine. "The hotel is tucked in a bit from the main street, so was a little difficult to find, but its in easy walking distance to main streets. The wifi is a bit iffy, but got the job done. "We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and for the price of the discounted stay (from points and sale) it was a good home base to explore the city and beyond. We did not try their breakfast since we left out early each morning. Our biggest complaint would be we were bottom floor and the people above us were soooo loud moving around-all evening and late unto the night as we tried to sleep. They sounded like a herd of restless elephants stomping back and forth, scrambling, scratching, dragging suitcases,etc. It went on and on and on. "
