The second I entered the room, I felt disgusted, the room was old, the washroom smelled musty, hairs and unknown dark bits were on the floor, the yellowish pillow covers smelled oily, like they werent even changed. dead insects were found inside the cupboard and closet, air con was noisy, the hot water wasnt hot enough, I found no toothbrush, no cups, no kettle, no toilet paper, no bottled water were...

「Poorly maintain property. 2 out of 3 water heater not working. Bed too thin. Insufficient blanket. Sofa in bad condition. Safety big concern. Back door grill door no pad lock. Kitchen door no knob. Have to devise own lock. Took very long time to respond to the WA mssg. Almost cancel. Regret didn’t.」
