“We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day. “Hot tub only got up to 90 degrees. Bathroom faucet was too short for the sink, so every time I put my hands under it, water would flood onto the countertop. Toilet paper is ultra cheap and has just about the same consistency as confetti. I recommend buying your own Tp when staying here, as I had to do. Outside of all that, it was a nice establishment. I would rate it as slightly substandard for a mid-range comfort hotel. ”

This was a spur of the moment find. While driving on familiar roads, we thought to stop at this park and discovered there was a Fall Festival going on.
