"Disappointed I was charged an overnight parking fee - it's my only negative feedback about our stay and why it earned a 4 star vs a 5. Everything else was great"

"Bed was comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms modern. Very clean hotel and room and restaurant. Parking is $15 but is convenient. The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold options. Hot eggs and fresh fruit. Worth getting a room with breakfast included. Or just pay which ever works best. We would go back and we recommend. Staff is respectful and professional. "

"The room was clean and AC worked great but no place to hang anything in the bathroom. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good…so many people at the time of our stay that items were lacking sometimes. Overall it was an average stay."

"first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb help. "

"Three-night stay: Dirty dishes piled up on the floors in the hallways (after 10:30pm); the halls and stairwells reeked of pot (supposedly a non smoking hotel) in the evenings; there weren't enough plates or silverware for the buffet breakfast so food had to be put on napkins; the pool/hot tub aren't open until 4pm on weekdays; we were told the wrong time for breakfast (I specifically asked when checking in); the soda from the dispenser was flat."
