"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"We had a nice and peaceful stay here at Waldhaus Lukas. The garden is fantastic and we really enjoyed the house as well. The amount of things to do in the area is amazing, we really enjoyed ourselves! We can only recommend people to come here, it was fantastic."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable holiday home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "Wir haben über Ostern ein paar schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist top – super ruhig, mitten im Grünen, mit Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Genau das Richtige zum Abschalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."

"Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."
