“The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.”

“Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.”Bhikshuni

“There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare!

“No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. ”Aneesa

“This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building.”Harry
