A pleasant view over the Elbe. Dinner service was excellent with a large reasonably priced menu. One can enjoy a pleasant walk along the Elbe from the hotel."

"Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt (4Nächte) im Steiger Appart Hotel Bad Schandau. Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge. Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland."
