「A quaint little hotel of 8 rooms on the top floor of a commercial building. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We were provided with a kettle in our room, but only decaf-coffee and sugar provided, no milk or whitener. On requesting normal coffee, we were given more decaf sachets... Breakfast was OK - the breakfast room is tiny and very cramped. No hot food at breakfast. The hotel was well situated, close to a metro station and very close to one of the best Christmas markets we found on...

「We had a bit of a challenging start to the stay, but the staff were extremely helpful in resolving the problem and ensuring that our stay was excellent. The room was very nice and although we did not have dinner in the hotel, the room service order was delicious. Breakfasts were great and we had wonderful service each morning from Maria each morning. The hotel is well located and walkable to the historic sector of Lisbon. I would recommend the Tivoli Avenida to anyone staying in central...

「Hotel muito bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes, funcionários, todos, muito educados e cordiais. Pequena ressalva p cama q está com buracos, bem desconfortável e p café da manhã aos finais de semana a partir de 8h da manhã. Fica super lotado e congestionado. Fora isso, café da manhã bem variado, com várias opções de pães, doces, frutas e quentes também, apesar de sempre o mesmo. Super recomendo o hotel」

「Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!」
