“I made a mistake when booking and the staff were very helpful in fixing it. We just needed a place to stay for the night after a late airport flight. The room and hotel were clean and did the job. The air conditioner and fridge did make weird noises throughout the night which scared us at first but once we figured out it was the air conditioner things were fine.”

“Been on a 3 week trip stayed at many hotels and I absolutely loved this one! Staff was great, everything was extremely clean, great water pressure! Big sized family room and the comfiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel I fell in love with the comforters and just wanted to take them home with me!! Only reason for the missing star is the pullout sofa bed that my kids had to sleep on really needs upgraded! One kid decided to sleep in the cushions on the floor because it was so springy and……

“Our stay was the 2bedroom suite with 7 people group. It's not super roomy, but quite enough, and all amenties were flawless, including the sofa-bed, bath, breakfast and temporature control quality per room. Front desk was kind, and the best of all was the tiny creek from the backyard. Probably the major downside was the price, but it was an acceptable range considering the quality. It was about 20-30% more expensive than one where we stayed in Kalispel with similar condition and quality. Again……

“I honestly do not understand how this hotel has a multiple star rating. Our stay was a massive disappointment from start to finish.The front desk staff were rude and unhospitable every time we came in—that is, when there was actually someone working the desk. Never even a hello or a smile from any worker we passed. Cleanliness is a major issue here. I watched an employee work the front desk, clean, and restock the breakfast area using the exact same pair of gloves without ever changing them, all……
